Terms and Conditions for Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure for Purchase of Website Links

Prior to purchasing any website link or website link related services, a purchaser must agree to abide by and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions for the non-disclosure of website links. By purchasing and/or using a website link and/or website link related services ("Services"), you (the "Purchaser"�) are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").

Terms of Services

1. The Purchaser acknowledges that all information concerning website links made available to the Purchaser by V7 Inc is confidential material. The confidential information related to the website links shall include but not be limited to the information concerning the location, address, title, owner, broker, cost, fee charged for the website link or any other information that may be utilized to identify the website link. Further, the Purchaser acknowledges that the fact that a fee has been paid for the website link is in itself confidential.

2. The Purchaser agrees that the Purchaser shall not disclose or allow to be disclosed to any third party any confidential information related to any website link purchased from, provided by or through or maintained by V7 Inc.

3. The Purchaser acknowledges that the disclosure of confidential information shall cause substantial and irreparable harm to V7 Inc. In light of the substantial and irreparable harm that would be caused by the disclosure of confidential information, the Purchaser agrees that if the Purchaser discloses any of confidential information related to website links, the Purchaser shall immediately:

a.) Discontinue utilizing the website link;

b.) Turn over all ownership or lease rights to the website link to V7 Inc;

c.) Pay a Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation of the Terms of Service; and

d.) Take all necessary steps to prevent further disclosures of confidential information.

4. In addition to the steps required in paragraph 3 above, the Purchaser agrees to be responsible for all damages, including attorney fees, incurred by V7 Inc as a result of the Purchasers violation of these Terms of Services. Further, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Purchaser shall be responsible for all costs, including attorney fees, incurred by V7 Inc in enforcing the Terms of Services against the Purchaser.
